Feedback from the right people, asking questions about the answers you already have, taking one more look, all these are what separates an average business (or anything) from the exceptional. How can you make your passion into something exceptional, and then make it come true?

20. Action: Plan to tweak and improve yet again your idea.

Questions:

  1. How will you evaluate everything you've done so far?
  2. How will you get ideas to improve the business?
  3. How will you decide finally what the best way to go is?

Background:

The wise person, etc. and so forth. Challenge everything you have done, see what can be improved. Don't be afraid to do this. Don't leave these steps out of your plan, because your best ideas may come from them.

21. Action: Plan to implement it all.

Questions:

  1. How will you organize all the info above to create concrete steps to get the business going?
  2. How will you take this inspired vision and make it a reality?

Background:

This seems like a lot of planning, doesn't it? Yes it is, and that is fantastic. Remember what we mentioned at the start. Those who write down their plans are far more likely to achieve them. Your plan to start a business has taken you through so much important territory. Writing down these steps should be the easiest part because you know so much now!

So go to it, get it done. Take a few hours to plan everything out, and reap a lifetime of success.

This race is won from start to finish.

By writing detailed specific plan you've gotten off to a flying head start. Congratulations, and God bless.
